The design and application of this type of tear machine is mainly aimed at the customer's requirement of large capacity, good tear effect and good energy-saving effect for a single equipment.
The diameter of the main spindle of the equipment is 500 mm. The optimized square cutter cutting method is adopted to maximize the energy saving and uniform granulation of the equipment.
Because of the combination of "H" and "V" in the design and the powerful imported gearbox, the large machine is more powerful and energy-saving under low power consumption.
Because of the optimization of cutting mode and powerful imported gearbox, the equipment runs more smoothly and granulates more evenly.

The standard elevated platform simplifies the connection device of material conveying. Conveyor belt conveying or winch conveying can be selected according to your needs.
4. Simple maintenance
The front end of the machine can be opened, so that we can quickly and easily enter the core parts of the machine. All cutters, rotating shafts and fixtures can be replaced in the shape of clamps, which is easy to maintain.
