LIANGUAN high efficiency, one-step plastic recycling machine is designed for the reprocessing of PE polyethylene (HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE), PP polypropylene flexible packaging material (BOPP, OPP), PET film, printed and non-printed, and foamed material such as EPE EPP EPS, also filament, raffia, nylon, etc. This compactor integrated pelletizing system eliminates the need of pre-cutting the material, requires less space and energy consumption while producing high quality plastic pellets at a productive rate.

Detail Description:

1. Belt conveyor

Plastic film, bags, filament, raffia are conveyed by belt conveyor up into the compactor. Hauling roller for feeding rolls of film. Speed adjusted by ABB/Schneider inverter.

Metal detecotor as an option, to detect and notify to remove metals.

2. Compactor Cutter / Agglomerator

The rotatory blades of compactor will cut up incoming scraps. Frictional heating which caused by high speed rotatory blades will heat and let scraps shrinking just below their agglomerating point. Optimal designed guide structure compacts the material and directs it into extruder screw. Crushes, dries and compacts the material which enables a fast and stable feeding from the compactor directly into the extruder.

3. Plasticization (Extruder)

A specialized single-screw extruder applied to gently melt the pre-compacted material. The plastic scraps will be well melted, plasticized in the extruder. With double-zone vacuum degassing system, volatiles such as low molecular and moisture will be removed efficiently, especially suitable for heavy printed film and material with much moisture.

4. Melt filtration

The requirements on the filter technology depend on the characteristics of the input material as well as the planned use of final granules. 5. Water-ring die-face cutting system

Water-ring die-face/Strand cutting methods are usually adopted. In water-ring die-face cutting system, the rotary cutting blades will be pneumatically fit completely and closely to the die-face surface to ensure efficient cutting. Rotary speed of the blades is automatically adjusted by module system according to melt pressure at the die face. 

6. Dewatering system

Advanced vibration sieve combining with horizontal centrifugal presents high performance of drying.

The recycling granulator of waste woven bags has gone through several typical stages, such as original processing, traditional machinery and new equipment.

The original recycling of waste plastics is a simple way to reduce the unit volume of waste plastics by using hot-pot boiling to make rough bulk recycled billets. Because there is no classification, cleaning and filtering, its utilization value is greatly reduced. The recycled material can only be used for some simple and low-grade recycled products, such as cement ash bucket, dung bucket, bottom plate of packing box, etc. To a certain extent, a lot of renewable resources have been wasted.

The traditional regenerative granulator of waste woven bags basically has the processing function of simple plasticizing and extrusion, but the equipment is mostly non-standard machinery, ordinary material, simple screw design and structure, small ratio of length to diameter, poor function of dehydration and exhaust; it can not achieve accurate automatic temperature control; it still uses coal or gas heating to produce a large number of secondary pollution; a set of traditional regenerator can only adapt to processing one. A single material can not play a multi-purpose function. And the color difference of the produced particles makes the recycling value of waste plastics not fully reflected.

With the advancement of science and technology and the development of machinery manufacturing industry, the new type of recycling granulator for waste woven bags has the characteristics of automation, refinement, high quality, high production, energy saving, environmental protection, multi-purpose machine and processing of dry and wet materials; at the same time, it can meet the high requirements of continuous work of equipment under high temperature and high pressure.
