PP/PE Plastic Pelletizing Machine Description:

The material is sent to the compactor cutter through the conveyor belt, and fed into the single screw extruder by high speed rotation of the compactor cutter;

The screw is specially designed for cutting and compacting plastics. It has the advantages of fast feeding, wear resistance, etc., with natural exhaust and vacuum system; It can effectively remove the moisture inside the material; this extruder uses ceramic heating ring, durable and easy to maintain.

The use of waste plastics granulator is very extensive now, especially in the waste plastics industry. The pollution caused by waste plastics is relatively serious. But since the emergence of granulator, the pollution has been reduced a lot. The use of waste plastics granulator not only reduces the environmental pollution, but also makes some waste plastics can be recycled.

The main machine of waste plastic granulator is extruder, which consists of extrusion system, transmission system and heating and cooling system. Vigorously develop renewable resources and turn waste into treasure. According to the direction of material flow and the angle of screw center line, the extruder divides the die into oblique die and right die. The shell of the die head is fixed on the fuselage with bolts, and the die core seat in the die head is fixed on the inlet port of the die head with nuts. The front of the die core seat is equipped with a die core, and the center of the die core and the die core seat has holes for passing through the core line. The pressure equalizing ring is installed on the front of the die head for balancing pressure. The extrusion forming part is composed of the die socket and the die sleeve, and the position of the die sleeve can be passed by bolts. The support is adjusted to adjust the relative position of the die sleeve to the core, so as to adjust the uniformity of the extrusion cladding thickness. The exterior of the nose is equipped with a heating device and a temperature measuring device.

Maintenance method of waste plastic granulator:

1. First of all, the plastic granulator should be placed in the ventilation position to ensure the heat dissipation of the motor and prolong its life.

2. Lubricating oil should be added to bearings regularly to ensure lubricity between bearings.

3. Check the tool screw regularly. After using the new plastic granulator for 1 hour, tighten the moving tool and fix the screw of the tool to strengthen the fixity between the blade and the holder.

4. In order to ensure the sharpness of the cutting edge, the cutting tool should be checked frequently to ensure its sharpness and reduce unnecessary damage to other parts caused by blunt blade.

5. When replacing the blade, the clearance between the moving blade and the fixed blade is: the thinner the recycled material is, the clearance can be adjusted appropriately;

6. Before the second start-up, the remaining debris in the engine room should be removed to reduce the starting resistance.

7. The inertia cover and the belt wheel cover should be opened regularly to remove the ash outlet under the flange, because the powder discharged from the plastic granulator room enters the rotary bearing;

8. Waste plastic granulator should keep good grounding.
