Waste Plastic PP PE Film Pelletizing Line with Agglomerator Description:

The production line adopts European design and advanced technology. It is mainly used for clean PE PP films, scraps and crushed, washed, dried HDPE/LDPE/PP materials. The material is sent to the compactor cutter through the conveyor belt, and fed into the single screw extruder by high speed rotation of the compactor cutter;

The screw is specially designed for cutting and compacting plastics. It has the advantages of fast feeding, wear resistance, etc., with natural exhaust and vacuum system; It can effectively remove the moisture inside the material; this extruder uses ceramic heating ring, durable and easy to maintain.

Compactor cutter can effectively dry materials, agglomerate, friction self-heating, high-speed forced feed into the screw after the material reaches a certain temperature, improve the output and reduce the heating of the screw to the plastic, accelerate the plasticization process; effective Energy savings;

Hydraulic screen changer is installed on the extruder die-head to effectively remove the impurities in the material; different quality of the finished product can be produced through the use of different mesh filters;

The features of Agglomerator

The agglomerator is used to granulate the thermal plastic films, PET fibres, whose thickness is less than 2mm into small granules & pellets directly. The soft PVC, LDPE, HDPE, PS, PP, foam PS, PET fibres and other thermoplastics are suitable for it.
The working Principle of Agglomerator:
1.When the waste plastic is supplied into the chamber of such machine, it will be cut into smaller chips due to the crushing function of the rotating knife and fixed knife.
2.During the crushing processing, the material that soaked up lots heat from the frictional movement of material being crushing and the wall of container will be going to become semi-plasticizing state. The particles will stick with each other due to the function of plasticization.
3.Before it sticks each other completely, the cold water pre-prepared is sprayed into the material being crushed. The water will be evaporated off quickly and the surface temperature of material being crushed drop down quickly also. So the material being crushed will become small particles or granules.
4. It is easy to recognize the particles by different size and can be colored by using of color agent being putted into the container during the crushing processing.
