Technological principle of PET cleaning line

1. The simplest process flow

According to the requirement of cleaning principle and current equipment level, the simplest equipment configuration can be reduced to 8 pieces in order to wash the raw materials of staple fibre factory. The specific configuration is as follows: friction cleaner-dryer-screw belt main washer-dryer-ordinary rinser-ordinary rinser-ordinary rinser-dryer This set of configurations requires the use of flakes that are unmarked and uncovered, otherwise the bottle cap and label paper will not be drifted clean. In addition, because there is no hoist material control, it is a little troublesome to control the material manually when feeding, but its cleaning effect is very good, it can wash out the first grade material required by staple fiber factory.

2. Equipment renovation scheme

At present, the domestic small-scale washing plant basically uses the following equipment configuration: hoist - mixing tank - hoist - friction cleaning machine - ordinary rinser - ordinary rinser - ordinary rinser - ordinary rinser - dryer, but the effect and the above configuration is too poor to wash the machine material. If this set of equipment removes the mixing tank and the back hoist, adds a main screw belt washer and two dryers, and then changes the position of the friction cleaner, it will be a good pipeline. The adjusted configuration is as follows: hoist - friction washing machine - drying machine - screw belt main washing machine - drying machine - ordinary rinsing machine - ordinary rinsing machine - ordinary rinsing machine - ordinary rinsing machine - drying machine, which is a complete line of nine pieces of equipment. On the basis of the original pipeline, only 30-50,000 yuan of investment and 10 kW of electric power are needed to upgrade the product to a higher level and raise the profit level.

3. Equipment Selection

Pre-washing equipment: The simplest and most effective pre-washing equipment is friction cleaner, which can effectively remove most sediment and other attachments, and has good effect. At the same time, it is simple to use and low cost. It is a good choice for pre-washing equipment in small-scale washing plant. The general configuration of the pre-washing part is: hoist - friction Cleaner - dryer. If the label and cap are not clean bottles, it is better to configure a float separator, then the pre-washed bottles are very clean and clean Mao tablets, and will pass through the main washing process smoothly. Therefore, the better configuration is: hoist - friction Cleaner - float separator - dryer.

Main washing equipment: In order to meet the technological requirements of the main washing process, there are two ways to dispose the upper material.

(1) Hoist - mixing tank (hot cleaning kettle) two - hoist two - dryer, six equipment. This is the traditional configuration method, the equipment is more troublesome, and the power consumption is relatively high.

(2) Screw belt main washer - dryer, two sets of equipment. This is the configuration of the main screw washing machine with new equipment. It has simple equipment, less power consumption and excellent effect.  The requirements for cleaning agent and heating are the same in the two configurations. Different kinds of cleaning agent and heating system can be selected.

Rinsing equipment: The main equipment used for rinsing is: friction cleaner, screw belt rinser and ordinary rinser. Three kinds of equipment can be used together, or only two or one can be selected. According to the effect, there are three kinds of configuration methods.

(1) Screw belt rinser - ordinary rinser - ordinary rinser;

(2) Friction Cleaner - Ordinary Rinser - Ordinary Rinser

(3) Ordinary rinser - Ordinary rinser - Ordinary rinser. The first configuration can wash the raw material of filament mill, and the second and third configuration can wash the raw material of staple fiber mill.  Because the main washing equipment is equipped with a dryer, the rinsing equipment can be configured so easily and simply, otherwise it needs to add two-thirds or double the equipment, in order to achieve the same effect.

4. Cleaning Principle

The cleaning principle of bottle flakes is the same as that of washing clothes. It also needs three processes: pre-washing, main washing and rinsing.

Pre-washing is to remove easily removed attachments such as sand on bottle flakes and remove the largest amount of impurities in the simplest way. Without this process, a large number of impurities on the bottle will enter the main washing process, which will have two adverse effects.  First, these impurities will consume a large number of cleaning agents, resulting in waste; second, these impurities will quickly thicken the cleaning agent, affecting the cleaning effect, and even make the cleaning agent can not be used.

The main washing is to remove the dirty stains such as oil and glue on the bottle flakes. This part of the stain quantity is very small, but the process requirements are relatively high. According to the traditional technological requirements, bottle flakes must be washed by stirring for more than 30 minutes in the aqueous solution of caustic soda at 95-98 (?) C, in order to achieve the effect. The use of caustic soda as a cleaning agent is a condition that must be guaranteed, otherwise it will not wash out the material on the machine. With the new cleaning agent, the temperature condition can be relaxed appropriately, and the time of stirring or scrubbing must not change, otherwise it is difficult to achieve the desired effect.

Rinsing is the removal of stains and detergents adhering to bottles that have been dissolved by detergents. This process is also important. Rinse unclean bottles and turn yellow after baking.

Any cleaning line must have three processes: pre-washing, main washing and rinsing. Each process must achieve the desired effect in order to wash out well.
