Wood-plastic profile is a new type of building decoration material. It is made of PVC, PP, PE, PS, ABS plastic and various plant fibers, which are fully mixed and extruded by vacuum sizing. It is suitable for wood construction methods such as drilling, planing, nailing, sawing, bonding and printing. It is green, water-proof, moisture-proof, anti-corrosive, mildew-proof, non-deform-able, flame-retardant, can be recycled and reused.

An inevitable trend to replace wood with plastic wood.
In 2018, the domestic production of wood-plastic composites was conservatively estimated at more than 3 million tons, ranking the first in the world. However, nearly 70% of the wood-plastic composites produced in half of the world were sold to foreign markets, and the domestic use of wood-plastic composites was inexplicable.
Wood-Plastic Composites(WPC), is also known as Wood-Plastic Composites. Wood-plastic composite is a new type of environmental protection composite material, which is processed by recycled thermoplastic and natural wood fibers.
With the decrease of global forest resources, the voice of how to protect forest resources and seek new synthetic materials to replace wood is becoming more and more fierce. At the same time, more and more plastic waste and waste wood have become the top priority faced by governments and non-governmental environmental protection organizations. Traditional anti-corrosive wood, heavy bamboo synthetic wood, glued wood and other materials need constant renewal and maintenance because they are easy to absorb water and mildew and have short life. More than 800 million tons of waste crop straw need low-carbon treatment every year in China, and 20 million tons of plastic waste need recycling. If these plastic waste and straw resources are combined and processed, at least 50 million cubic meters of plastic-wood composite materials can be produced. Therefore, its environmental protection potential and economic benefits are enormous. Nowadays, the development of ecological civilization and the construction of beautiful China have become national strategies. The development of renewable resources and circular economy has also become a social consensus. The concept of health and environmental protection is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people. Whether it is municipal park square construction and landscape renovation, or real estate building decoration and folk Garden yard decoration, plastic wood materials have been more and more used and recognized.
China has a vast territory and a large population. The annual demand for wood is about 600 million cubic meters. However, the annual usage of Plastic-wood composites in 2018 is only less than 1.5 million cubic meters (estimated), and there is a huge space for development. Therefore, driven by many favorable factors, it is an inevitable trend that plastic wood replaces wood.
